In the center of an extraordinarily male-dominated industry Tania Tomyn makes her mark as a CEO/Owner of Retrolock Corp (RLC). She is a contributing influence on significant company growth and financial success of key corporate divisions within RLC. At RLC Tania is a driving force for defining key initiatives, identifying emerging markets and business opportunities, as well as executing the strategic vision of RLC. Additionally, Tania provides executive oversight for all corporate operations including HR, Finance, Estimating and pre-construction. Tania Tomyn represents more than 15 years’ experience of her own, she has assembled a team of skilled and seasoned construction professionals. Prior to RLC Tania has led Tibbar Construction Services, Inc., as a successful government contractor working with the private sector and US government agencies such as Bureau of Reclamation, Defense Logistics Agencies (Aviation, Land and Maritime), Department of Energy, Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC. Community involvement is extremely important to Tania. Being a past board member and Funding Chair of St. Croix Women Coalition (https://wcstx.org/) She encourages her team to engage with local charities and programs on a personal level. Tania Tomyn has made a commitment to give back to the community including animal rescue and welfare, domestic violence prevention, protection, and rehabilitation and underprivileged youth empowerment.
